Rosso di Sera
By now certain places in Tuscany are just too well-known. Others, however, still remain secret. With images, sounds, odors and contacts which manage to astonish even close to year two-thousand. Here slumbers the best of Tu scany, far away from noisy organized turism. It is here, in Senese, on the borders of Umbria, that we invite you to stay in an out of the usual place (in the true sense of the word). |

Have you ever seen a country parish church frescoed by Sodoma? Have you ever heard the love call of a fallow deer? Have you aver eaten "pici alla Trequandina"? Have you ever touched the long prickly spines of a porcupine? Have you ever smelt the leaves of the wild lemon balm? Things such as these could attract you here to us. |

At our house (called Fiorello, offering 5 fully-equipped, totally independent apartments with living and sleeping areas plus kitchen and bathroom) we organize no barbecues, no social excursions, no guided tours, no games of bridge or whist. We do not even have a swimming pool, it is best that you know this straight away. Instead you will find, immersed in the landscape which forms the background af so many Primitive Senesi paintings, a comfort which is cared for in the minutest detail, guaranteed privacy, the pleasure of high class hospitality in refined and functional surroundings. |

An hour from Florence, Assisi, the Tyrrhenian Sea with Grosseto, the Uccellina Park, Argentario. But should you prefer to wander in a wood searching for mushrooms or simply a shady spot, you only have to take two steps. If this is what you are looking for, and you appreciate the peace of living without television, you are found the right place. |
