On the road leading to Petroio, Sinalunga, and to the Highway A1 Val di Chiana tollgate, at 4 km from Pienza, you will find Torrenieri farm house with its large garden shaded by century-old oaks. All around it you can enjoy the magic sight of the sweet hilly outline of the splendid Sienese countryside.
It’s the ideal place for all people who love the country and the inestimable artistic weahts which are preserved here. The farm is within easy reach, both on foot or by mountain bike, from the monastery of Sant’Anna in Camprena (in its refectory are preserved the splendid frescoes of Sodoma, the farms of Cosona and Palazzo Massaini (5 km), the medieval village of Castelmuzio and the Romanesque country church of S. Stefano (4 km) not to remember the historical centre of Pienza.
The farm house has a single flat which is restored with the utmost cure and which mantains the original brick floors, the wooden roof beams and the large fireplace of the old country kitchen. It is furnished with taste with old Tuscan pieces but taking into consideration all modern comforts: two bathrooms, central heating. Whilst staying at Torrenieri', our guests have the use of six mountain bikes. the garden equip with comfortable hammocks and chairs and a table for eating outside under the oak trees. There is also a sun terrace complete with sun-loungers and a wood oven for those who hike to cook outside. There is a place to put your car, which can he locked, in the lower part of the farmhouse if this is required..

e al Casello Val di Chiana dell’autostrada A1 (25 Km), troverete l’agriturismo
Torrenieri con il suo ampio giardino ombreggiato da querce secolari; tutt’intorno
lo sguardo può spaziare accarezzando il dolce profilo delle colline
della splendida campagna senese.
E' il luogo ideale per coloro che amano la campagna e il patrimonio
artistico che custodisce: si possono raggiungere, a piedi o in mountain
bike, il vicino monastero di Sant’Anna in Camprena, nel cui refettorio
sono custoditi gli stupendi affreschi del Sodoma, percorrendo i sentieri
che attraversano la boscosa collina della Castellaccia (2 Km), le fattorie
di Cosona e del Palazzo Massaini (5 km), il borgo medievale di Castelmuzio
e la pieve romanica di Santo Stefano (4 km), per non parlare del centro
storico di Pienza.
Il casale possiede un unico appartamento, ristrutturato con attenzione,
che conserva i pavimenti originali in cotto, le travature in legno e il
grande focolare dell’ampia cucina contadina.
E' arredato con gusto con vecchi mobili toscani e ha tutte le comodità:
due bagni, riscaldamento, parcheggio coperto, giardino attrezzato.L'agriturismo mette a disposizione degli ospiti sei mountain bike, il
giardino attrezzato con confortevoli amache, lettini, tavoli e sedie per mangiare all'aperto, terrazza panoramica e un forno a legna. L'auto può essere sistemata nella vecchia "capanna" dei carri, chiusa con apposito cancello.

A1 (25 km), vous trouverez la maison de campagne Torrenieri avec son grand
jardin ombragé par des chaines séculaires; tout autour le
regard peut contempler le doux profil des collines siennoises.
C’est le lieu idéal pour les personnes qui aiment la campagne
toscane et son patrimoine artistique: on peut rejoindre à pied ou
à vélo le proche monastère de Sant’Anna in Camprena
(2 km) où se trouvent, dans le refectoire, les magnifiques fresques
de Sodoma, les bourgs de Cosona et Palazzo Massaini (5 km), le village
médiéval de Castelmuzio et l’église archipresbytérale
de S. Stefano (4 km), pour ne pas parler du centre hystorique de Pienza.
La maison possède un seul appartement, restauré avec
soin, qui conserve les pavements en briques, les poutres en bois et le
grand foyer de la large cuisine paysanne.
Il est meublé avec goût avec de vieux meubles toscans
et a tous les conforts: deux salles de bain, chauffage centrale, parking
couvert, jardin équipé de hamacs et de chaises longues, fournil,
table pour manger au dehor (le grand jardin est totalment à disposition
des hôtes), mountainbikes qui peuvent être utilisées
gratuitement.
Auf der Provinzstraße, die nach Petroio, Sinalunga und zur Autobahnauffahrt
Val di Chiana (A1;Entfernung 25 km) führt, finden Sie 4 km von Pienza
entfernt das Ferienhaus Torrenieri inmitten
eines weitläufigen Gartens, in dem Jahrhunderteichen wohltuenden
Schatten spenden. Von hier aus kann der Blick ungehindert über die
sanften Hügel der wundervollen Landschaft Sienas schweifen.
Dieser Ort ist ideal für alle, die das Land und die Kunstschätze
lieben, die hier bewahrt sind: zu Fuß oder mit dem Mountain Bike
kann man zum Beispiel das nahegelegene Kloster Sant’Anna in Camprena erreichen
und dort die herrlichen Fresken des Sodoma im Refektorium bewundern. Der
Weg führt über den bewaldeten Hügel von Castellaccia
(in 2 km Entfernung) über die Höfe von Cosona und Palazzo Massaini
(5 km), den mittelalterlichen Ort Castemuzio und die romanische Kirche
Santo Stefano (4 km). Ein weiterer Höhepunkt ist natürlich der
historische Stadtkern von Pienza.
Das Ferienhaus Torrienieri besteht aus einem einzigen, mit Sorgfalt
restaurierten Apartement, das die originalen Terrakottaböden, hölzerne
Dachbalken und eine große Feuerstelle in der geräumigen Bauernküche
behalten hat.
Die Einrichtung mit antiken toskanischen Möbeln ist geschmackvoll
und bietet jeden Komfort. Der agriturismo stellt seinen Gästen 6 Mountainbikes zur Verfügung . Der Garten ist mit bequemen Hängematten und Liegen, mit Tischen und Stühlen für Mahlzeiten im Freien , Freiterrasse mit schönen Panorama und einem Holzkamin ausgestattet. Das Auto kann im alten „Schuppen" der Karren untergestellt werden, mit abschließbarem Tor versehen.
