Nestled between I lex trees in natural woodland cut through by the river Crevole, the tiny hamlet of Murlo sits looking out over the senese crete. Springing up from its nystorious etruscan origins Murlo features in the feudal struggles of the 13th C along with the nearby castle of Crevole, whose romantic ruins are testimony to those fierce confucis between bishup Republic.
The Bishop's house is asacent to the original Castle perimeter walls of Murlo, and is entered through a small courtyard and garden.

Murlo è un piccolo borgo di origini etrusche, posto in un' area suggestiva tra boschi di lecci solcati dal torrente Crevole. Feudo duecentesco dei Vescovi senesi, per secoli oggetto di aspre controversie tra i Vescovi e la Repubblica ne sono testimonianza i drammatici e romantici ruderi del castello di Crevole.
"La Casa del Vescovo" è una casa che si trova adiacente il perimetro esterno del Castello di Murlo sulle mura Medioevali. Corte mattonata privata con ingresso singolo, con accesso al sottostante verde privato.
