I tre appartamenti e le tre camere doppie messi a disposizione degli ospiti sono stati ricavati nei locali di un'antica oliviera dove per secoli è stato prodotto uno degli olii d'oliva più pregiati della Toscana.

The guesthouse L'Oliviera is situated in Via Condotti, a few steps from Piazza PioII in the heart of the historical centre of Pienza.
The three flats and the three doublebedded rooms to rent have been made from the old oil mill where one of the most appreciated olive oil in Tuscany has been produced for centuries.

Gli ambienti si trovano tutti al piano superiore, dove un tempo erano poste le stanze adibite al deposito delle olive appena raccolte, hanno conservato la caratteristica pavimentazione in cotto e le travature in legno e offrono un soggiorno molto tranquillo, in quanto il centro storico è chiuso al traffico.

All the rooms are on the first floor on the site where the olives where stored after being picked. The rooms have mantained their characteristic brick floor and roof beams. Here you can enjoy a relaxed holiday as the historical centre is a pedestrian precinct.

A pochi passi potrete ammirare i palazzi rinascimentali e il Duomo, che hanno reso Pienza celebre in tutto il mondo, potrete visitare il Museo Diocesano e, alla sera, sedere in una delle tante tipiche trattorie, dove potrete gustare le specialità locali.
Girando l'angolo di Via delle Mura, raggiungerete in un attimo il "Forno Sacchi" che produce i famosi ricciarelli senesi e tanti altri dolci.

Within a little walk you can admire the renaissance palaces and the Cathedral which have made Pienza famous all over the world, you will also be able to visit the Museo Diocesano and at night you will enjoy the typical dishes of the place sitting at a table of one of the many small restaurants scattered in the town.
On turning round the corner of Via delle Mura you will get to Forno Sacchi,
a local bakery, producing the famous Siennese ricciarelli (local biscuits) and many other sweets and cakes.
