At Le Traverse, we make and sell our own products, marmalade, jams and olive oil

  • The jams and the marmelade are prepared and bottled in our farm by Pinuccia Barbier Meroni using first quality fruit, most from our orchard. We don't cook much the fruit and don't use too much sugar, in this way each fruit mantains its own taste and the fruit is still in big pieces. We don't use alimentary food dyes or artificial preservatives
  • The extra virgin olive oil is produced and bottled in our farm with three kinds of olives: frantoio, leccino and pendolino, harvested by hand and taken the same day to the pressing point where they are cold pressed.
